Job Title: Oracle BRM Consultant

Location: Remote (Anywhere in the USA)
Job Type: Full-Time / Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management) Consultant to design, develop, and support billing solutions for telecom and subscription-based business models. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle BRM architecture, customization, and integrations, along with a deep understanding of end-to-end billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle BRM
Configure and customize BRM components including pricing, rating, billing, and invoicing
Develop and maintain custom opcodes, Policy FM’s, and PCM client applications
Integrate BRM with external systems such as CRM, ERP, and payment gateways
Provide L2/L3 production support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
Perform performance tuning and system optimization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, architects, and developers
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation
Support system upgrades, migrations, and patching activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle BRM (Billing and Revenue Management)
Strong expertise in:

Pricing and Product Configuration
Pipeline Manager / Real-time Rating
Billing Care / Customer Center

Proficiency in C/C++, UNIX/Linux, and Shell scripting
Strong experience with Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL
Solid understanding of telecom billing concepts (prepaid/postpaid, mediation, rating)
Experience with BRM integrations using SOAP/REST APIs and Web Services
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle ECE (Elastic Charging Engine)
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud (OCI)
Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Oracle BRM certification is a plus

Key Notes for Recruiters

Must have hands-on Oracle BRM development experience
Strong background in telecom or subscription billing domain is preferred
Look for candidates with customization + integration experience
Experience in Pipeline Manager and real-time rating is critical
