Redpoint Developer / Marketing Automation Specialist (RPDM)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Redpoint Developer / Marketing Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Redpoint Interactions (RPI) and Redpoint Data Management (RPDM) to support enterprise-level omnichannel marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign execution, customer segmentation, workflow automation, and data-driven personalization strategies.

This role requires strong technical skills in Redpoint tools, SQL/Oracle, Redshift, and AWS technologies, along with the ability to collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to deliver highly targeted customer engagement campaigns.

Must Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Redpoint Interactions (RPI) and Redpoint Data Management (RPDM)
• Expertise in Oracle SQL, data segmentation, and audience targeting logic
• Experience with Amazon Redshift
• Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
• Experience designing and managing omnichannel marketing campaigns
• Strong understanding of campaign workflows, customer journeys, and automation scheduling
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance optimization

Good to Have Skills

• AWS technologies including:
  • EC2
  • S3
  • Glue
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Knowledge of PySpark
• Exposure to cloud-based marketing ecosystems and large-scale customer data platforms

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions
• Build and maintain customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
• Develop and monitor automated workflows and customer journey orchestration
• Schedule and manage automations between RPI and RPDM
• Perform A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance tracking
• Work closely with marketing, analytics, and data engineering teams to improve campaign effectiveness
• Ensure data quality, campaign accuracy, and timely execution of marketing initiatives
• Utilize Redshift, SQL, and AWS services for campaign data processing and optimization

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of IT experience with strong focus on marketing automation and campaign management
• Proven expertise in Redpoint tools (RPI & RPDM)
• Strong SQL/Oracle querying and data manipulation skills
• Experience working with enterprise-scale customer data environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud technologies
• Prior experience in CDP-driven marketing environments
• Exposure to Salesforce ecosystem and cloud integrations
• Ability to work in Agile delivery environments
