Project Manager || Houston TX || Long Term

Role: Project Manager

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Manage integrated project plans, dependencies, milestones, risks, and cross-functional execution activities
• Coordinate delivery across engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, applications, data, and business teams
• Drive governance activities including status reviews, steering meetings, executive reporting, and RAID management
• Ensure alignment of deliverables across multiple product teams to meet enterprise program objectives and timelines
• Track program KPIs, delivery health, financials, and resource utilization across workstreams
• Facilitate issue resolution, escalation management, and dependency tracking across complex enterprise environments
• Support Agile and hybrid execution models including sprint planning, release coordination, and backlog prioritization activities
• Partner with vendor, architecture, product, and operational teams to ensure delivery readiness and implementation success
• Maintain program documentation including schedules, dashboards, action logs, and executive summaries
• Coordinate change management, communication planning, and stakeholder alignment activities across impacted teams
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization, delivery governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Must Have Skills:

• PMP Certification is required
• 12 15+ years of experience in enterprise project/program management roles.
• Must have experience having lead coordination and delivery management for Chain Reaction initiatives executed across multiple enterprise product teams.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cross-functional enterprise initiatives involving multiple delivery teams
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, hybrid delivery models, and enterprise governance practices.
• Experience managing complex technology programs involving infrastructure, applications, data, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, coordination, and executive reporting skills.
