We are seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join the Worldwide Finance Systems team. This role involves collaborating closely with Finance, Systems, and IT partners to design, build, and maintain financial planning, reporting, and analytics solutions. The position has a strong focus on Anaplan model development, Power BI visual analytics, and enterprise data integration to support decision-making across the business.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with financial systems, demonstrates sound judgment when working on complex initiatives, and contributes to the ongoing evolution of finance automation and AI enablement. This role operates as a senior individual contributor, owning deliverables end-to-end while partnering across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models supporting financial planning, forecasting, workforce planning, and management reporting, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainable design.
  • Partner with worldwide Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions, supporting ongoing model enhancements and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and semantic models, leveraging strong visual design principles to deliver clear, executive-ready insights.
  • Build and manage Power BI data transformations and calculations, including Power Query, DAX measures, and semantic model optimization, ensuring accuracy, performance, and reusability.
  • Work with Snowflake, SQL, and enterprise data sources to validate, prepare, and integrate finance data used in planning, reporting, and analytics solutions.
  • Support system integrations and automation, including Anaplan data imports/exports, scheduled refreshes, and integration tooling Power Automate, APIs, or other automation frameworks), aligning with broader finance automation and AI enablement efforts.
  • Collaborate with Finance Systems, IT, and data platform teams to deliver integrated solutions, promote standard methodologies, and improve overall finance system effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required.
  • Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction.
  • Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Additional Qualifications

  • Anaplan Model Builder or Solution Architect certification, with hands-on experience building and supporting production Anaplan models and integrating Anaplan with downstream reporting and analytics platforms.
  • BI & data: Strong Power BI experience (report development, DAX, Power Query, semantic model management) and working knowledge of SQL and enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with integration and automation tools (Power Automate, APIs, scheduling frameworks, or ETL processes).
  • Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or similar platforms).
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or advanced analytics use cases within Finance or Operations.
