| Job Description (Posting). | SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution Product Specialist Job Summary The Product Specialist in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution plays a key role in managing and optimizing the sales and distribution processes through the SAP S/4HANA platform, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in operations. The primary responsibility is to enhance the overall sales and distribution functions by leveraging SAP S/4HANA capabilities to meet business objectives effectively. (1.) Key Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient sap s/4hana solutions. 2. Configure and customize the sap s/4hana sales & distribution module to meet specific business needs. 3. Provide end-user training and support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of the sap system. 4. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to maintain system integrity. 5. Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to enhance sales and distribution processes. 6. Stay updated on sap s/4hana technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency within the organization. Skill Requirements 1. Strong knowledge and experience in sap s/4hana sales & distribution module. 2. Proficiency in configuring and customizing sap s/4hana to align with business requirements. 3. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into sap solutions. 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure system accuracy. 6. Proven track record of successful sap s/4hana sales & distribution implementations or projects. Certifications: SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA Sales 1909 certification is preferred. |

| Other Requirement | Title: SAP Vistex Consultant Location: Remote w/limited travel to Cleveland, OH Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and configuration of Vistex Incentives and Paybacks- Billbacks, Rebate solutions within ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4HANA. Architect and implement Vistex DMP (Data Maintenance Platform) solutions to support complex pricing and rebate scenarios. Analyze and redesign processes for clean core Decouple customizations and build using standard extension frameworks Isolate custom logic (e.g., rebate calculations or DMP workflows) into side-by-side apps, Refactor custom code. Leverage Vistex APIs and DMP tools for pricing data management. Create Clean Core Roadmap. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Manage offshore development and support teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities. Perform system testing, UAT support, and cutover planning. Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of hands-on experience with Vistex Incentives and Paybacks - Billbacks, Customer rebates. Proven experience Vistex DMP module and its integration with S/4HANA. Have a strong SAP SD and Pricing background. Hands on experience with EDI and IDOCs. Strong Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments. Good Knowledge on BTP platforms and SAP Application Interface Framework Experience managing offshore teams and working in global delivery models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams. Ability to work in fast paced environment Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language. Quickly identifies root causes and proposes practical solutions. Makes informed decisions under pressure. Builds trust and rapport with clients and internal teams. Manages expectations and ensures alignment. Take responsibility for outcomes. Follows through on commitments and drives results. |
