Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Web Development Lead to oversee the design, development, maintenance, and enhancement of web applications and websites. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and experience managing web development teams, content management, testing, and production support.
Experience with Java, SQL, Adobe tools, and web development technologies.
Important Location Requirements:
Only local Dallas TX candidates within a 50-mile radius will be considered.
No relocation.

Candidates from Austin, Houston, or locations outside the specified radius will not be considered.
Required Skills:
8–10 years of experience in web development.
Strong knowledge of web technologies, programming, and software development.
Experience with Java, SQL, Adobe tools, and web development technologies.
Knowledge of web design principles, digital media, and content management tools.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
