Role Overview
We are seeking experienced IMS (Information Management System DB/TM) and IDMS (Integrated Database Management System) Admin/Developer for development and maintenance projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using IMS DB/TM and IDMS.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide production support and resolve incidents in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with standards, guidelines, and security protocols.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in IMS DB/TM and IDMS development and maintenance.
- Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, and other mainframe utilities.
- Experience with debugging tools and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and Agile practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
The pay range for this role is $130k - $140k per annum including any bonuses or variable pay.
