Lead full lifecycle bid management for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs focused on IT staffing and consulting services
Analyze solicitations from NJ/NY agencies and develop compliant, compelling proposals
Own pricing strategy, candidate/resume alignment, and submission through procurement portals
Build and maintain relationships with procurement officers and hiring managers across NJ and NYC agencies
Actively engage through platforms such as NJSTART, NYC PASSPort/CROL, and Bonfire (PANYNJ)
Represent the company at networking events, supplier diversity programs, and industry meetups
Identify and pursue MWBE/SBE opportunities including set-asides, discretionary contracts, task orders, and small purchases
Maintain a pipeline of upcoming opportunities and track deadlines across multiple platforms
5 7+ years of hands-on experience in government IT contracting, specifically IT staffing or IT services
Proven track record of winning government contracts in New Jersey and/or New York (must include examples or contract references in resume)
Existing network within NJ/NY government agencies and procurement ecosystem
Strong knowledge of NJ and NYC procurement processes, compliance requirements, and evaluation criteria
Direct experience with NJSTART, NYC PASSPort, Bonfire (PANYNJ), and similar platforms
Experience working with state, county, and municipal agencies in NJ and NY
Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue MWBE/SBE opportunities and participation goals
Excellent proposal writing, communication, and multitasking skills in deadline-driven environments
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PDF tools for proposal development
