Summary
We are looking for an IFS Supply Chain Functional Consultant with strong expertise in IFS Applications (Sales/Warranty modules) and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations and support end-to-end supply chain processes.
Job Details
- Role: IFS Supply Chain Functional Consultant
- Location: Latham, NY (In-person interview required)
Key Responsibilities
- Work with stakeholders to gather and translate functional requirements into IFS configurations
- Support and implement IFS Applications (Sales and/or Warranty modules)
- Manage supply chain processes including procurement, inventory control, planning, and logistics
- Configure and support IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10 environments
- Ensure alignment with sales processes, warranty claims, and service contracts
- Provide functional support, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver solutions
Required Skills
- Proven experience with IFS Applications (supply chain modules)
- Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory, planning, and logistics
- Experience implementing/supporting IFS Sales and/or Warranty modules
- Ability to convert business requirements into system configurations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IFS Cloud or IFS Apps 10
- Understanding of sales processes, warranty claims, and customer workflows
- IFS Certification (Sales, Warranty)
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
