Job Summary
We are seeking an Eightfold Consultant with 4-5 years of experience in configuration, data integration, data validation, testing, and production support. The role will primarily support Eightfold global rollouts, acquisitions, and enhancements across Talent Intelligence, Recruiting, and internal talent processes.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and support the Eightfold Talent Intelligence platform.
· Support global rollout and acquisition implementations.
· Configure organizations, users, jobs, and talent-related structures.
· Support employee/candidate/job data migration and validation.
· Perform data mapping between SuccessFactors and Eightfold.
· Validate inbound and outbound integrations.
· Analyze employee, candidate, and requisition data.
· Support job ingestion, talent profile, and skills data validation.
· Perform SIT/UAT and regression testing.
· Troubleshoot configuration, integration, and data issues.
· Coordinate with SuccessFactors and integration teams.
· Support production cutover and post-go-live validation.
· Prepare mapping documents, test scripts, and configuration documentation.
· Support hypercare and stabilization activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 4-5 years of Eightfold implementation/configuration experience.
· Hands-on Eightfold configuration and administration.
· Experience with employee, candidate, and job data.
· Strong data validation and reconciliation skills.
· Experience with HR system integrations (SuccessFactors integration highly desirable).
· Experience with rollout/acquisition projects.
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Good Excel and data manipulation skills.
