responsibilities:
- Analyze data, create queries in SQL based on requirements, report data issues between AI Abstraction Tool, Document Management and rateLift.
- Manage and triage incident tickets received during production season
- Work with dev team and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects in production environment
- Review, reconcile, and troubleshoot data
- Write, maintain, and execute test cases for enhancements
- Be able to critical think and produce results.
- Other duties as assigned
