As the Lead Product Manager in the Originations product lane, you will play a key role in creating strategies across various digital channels to maximize brand awareness to drive qualified prospects into engaging product offerings on desktop and mobile experiences. You will be responsible for providing the overall product vision which consists of a complex roadmap of features and enhancements that add value to the customer experience and aligns to business OKRs.

Responsibilities:

·       Partner with business and technology leaders to establish cross-functional alignment of technical feasibility with business needs and product vision.

·       Lead discovery efforts with internal stakeholders to build a high value product plan/roadmap.
Manage the product roadmap using business intelligence, VOC and analytics to prioritize epics and user-stories.

·       Evaluate business ideas for usability, value, feasibility and business viability.
Prioritize efforts in partnership with business and technology stakeholders, influence teams to align and execute.

·       Develop a mastery-level understanding of customer needs, team member needs, pain-points in the experience, and customer priorities.

·       Partner with analytics and BI team members to perform in-depth analysis on customer behavior. Substantiate gaps and opportunities in the customer experience with quantitative & qualitative data.

·       Work closely with UX practice to drive and employ best-practices and design thinking to ensure best-in-class experiences are baked into all customer-facing deliverables.
Measure and optimize against key metrics. Conduct A/B tests to continuously improve the customer experience.

·       Present product plans and roadmaps to cross-organizational stakeholders, executive leaders, and peers to demonstrate performance awareness and thought leadership.


Requirements:

·       Must reside within 50 miles of one of these locations: New York, NY, Charlotte NC, Dallas, TX, Washington DC, Baltimore, MD

·       5–7 years of experience in product management or product ownership within digital platforms or customer communication technology

·       Experience working with messaging systems, communication platforms, or customer engagement tools

·       Experience partnering closely with engineering on platform development or system integration

·       Strong understanding of how data flows across systems and supports customer interactions

·       Ability to translate business needs and customer journeys into scalable product capabilities

·       Proven ability to operate independently and deliver initiatives end-to-end

·       Experience building platform solutions used across multiple lines of business

·       Experience working in agile operating models and using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence)

·       Analytical mindset: ability to turn findings from data into executable plans that meet business objectives. Proficient in writing detailed user-stories and acceptance criteria.

·       Experience owning digital platforms or enterprise capabilities, with a focus on building scalable solutions that serve multiple stakeholders. You are comfortable partnering across business, marketing, and engineering to champion and drive decisions.

 

Desired Skills:

·       Exposure to AI-enabled or automated communication systems

·       Experience in regulated industries such as financial services

·       A track record of independently driving initiatives from concept through delivery.

·       Ability to influence effectively in a matrixed environment.

·       Experience communicating in written and verbal formats with senior executive-level leaders.
