Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 per year

Job DetailsResponsibilities:
- Oversee all field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
- Work closely with the project team to understand and maintain focus on their needs, prepare schedules, establish and implement the project construction sequence
- Conduct thorough inspections of all work in place for both company's workforce and subcontractors and ensure it meets the required quality standards
- Manage and coordinate all construction services and activities
- Maintain strict build-out construction budgetary compliance
- Ensure all necessary permits and insurance are in place and kept current
- Develop and maintain the construction schedule in conjunction with project team to meet milestones and completion dates
- Successfully complete the project within the duration and budget allotted
- Manage close out process and hand over project to client on time, within budget, and with zero defects
- Provide leadership by creating a collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years construction management experience with a focus on corporate interiors, renovation, and commercial interiors
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Extensive knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expertise in construction scheduling, punch list, and field operations
- Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process including, but not limited to, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction labor, and project lifecycle
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
- A Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred
- Must be willing to travel as required by location of project.
