Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site
  • Work closely with the project team to understand and maintain focus on their needs, prepare schedules, establish and implement the project construction sequence
  • Conduct thorough inspections of all work in place for both company's workforce and subcontractors and ensure it meets the required quality standards
  • Manage and coordinate all construction services and activities
  • Maintain strict build-out construction budgetary compliance
  • Ensure all necessary permits and insurance are in place and kept current
  • Develop and maintain the construction schedule in conjunction with project team to meet milestones and completion dates
  • Successfully complete the project within the duration and budget allotted
  • Manage close out process and hand over project to client on time, within budget, and with zero defects
  • Provide leadership by creating a collaborative, innovative, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years construction management experience with a focus on corporate interiors, renovation, and commercial interiors
  • Proven track record of meeting deadlines
  • Extensive knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
  • Expertise in construction scheduling, punch list, and field operations
  • Proficiency in Procore or equivalent construction management software
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process including, but not limited to, estimating, scheduling, procurement, construction labor, and project lifecycle
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment
  • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred
  • Must be willing to travel as required by location of project.
