Peloton is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Planning Lead to drive the design and delivery of enterprise planning and budgeting solutions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on implementing Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives. As a Planning Lead, you will partner with finance stakeholders to understand business requirements, design scalable solutions, and lead the successful delivery of planning transformations. You will combine functional finance expertise with technical configuration capabilities to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design & Delivery
  • Lead the design, build, testing, and deployment of Oracle EPM Planning (EPBCS) solutions
  • Translate complex business requirements into functional and technical designs
  • Configure and customize EPBCS modules to support planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices

Requirements Gathering & Client Engagement
  • Lead client workshops to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to finance stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations
  • Build strong client relationships and support decision-making throughout the project lifecycle

Implementation Planning & Strategy
  • Develop implementation roadmaps and project plans aligned with client goals
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and enhance system capabilities
  • Support overall solution strategy and alignment with enterprise systems

Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Lead planning workstreams and coordinate team activities
  • Mentor and support junior consultants, providing guidance on both functional and technical aspects
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team

Practice Development & Innovation
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies, accelerators, and intellectual property
  • Support practice growth initiatives and internal strategy development
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solutioning and estimating as needed

Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-10+ years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and/or analysis, or deep expertise in planning processes
  • 5-10 years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle EPBCS
  • Experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Planning Cloud implementations
  • Strong understanding of planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes and best practices
  • Ability to translate financial and business requirements into system configurations and solutions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with additional Oracle EPM modules (e.g., FCCS, Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting)
  • Experience integrating EPBCS with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP)
  • Experience with data integration tools (e.g., Data Management, FDMEE, or similar)
  • Experience supporting enterprise finance transformation initiatives
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and leading workstreams

Compensation:

Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000-$210,000. Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
