Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master/Business Analyst to support the Salesforce team in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. This role requires a strong blend of agile leadership, business analysis, and Salesforce platform expertise. The ideal candidate will effectively bridge business requirements with technical delivery while ensuring disciplined agile execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure timely and predictable delivery.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and functional specifications for Salesforce development teams.
- Own and manage product backlogs, user stories, and sprint tasks using Jira, ensuring proper prioritization and traceability.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, requirements, and knowledge artifacts in Confluence.
- Perform Salesforce administrative activities such as user management, security configuration, data management, and basic platform configuration.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high team performance.
- Support UAT planning and execution, including test case documentation and coordination of deployments.
- Track key project metrics, prepare reports, and provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in Salesforce-based environments.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) required.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira for agile delivery and issue tracking.
- Proficiency in Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification preferred.
