Required Technical Profile
Candidates should have strong modern .NET / C# experience plus ONE of the following front-end profiles:
Option 1:
Modern .NET
Modern Angular
No AngularJS-only profiles
OR
Option 2:
Modern .NET
Strong front-end JavaScript framework experience, ideally React
Clear, hands-on use of AI development tools, such as Claude, in their development workflow
Additional Skills We Like
Azure: Web Apps, Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps
REST APIs / backend services
SQL / relational databases
CI/CD and DevOps
Legacy application modernization or migrations
Enterprise system integrations
Event-driven architecture
Blazor / Razor Pages
Technical leadership / mentoring experience, particularly for the senior openings
Government or large enterprise application experience
Ideal Candidates
Hands-on full-stack developers who are strong in modern .NET and can contribute across the front and back end.
For the senior openings, we re looking for developers who can also help drive modernization, troubleshoot complex systems, and provide technical leadership.
