What we are looking for ?
We are looking for an enthusiastic junior software developer to join our experienced software design & development team. To ensure success as a junior software developer, you should have a good working knowledge of basic programming languages, the ability to learn new technology quickly, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Skills you need to be successful in the role?
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and ETL workflows.
Support the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various structured and unstructured sources.
Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business teams to understand data requirements.
Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to process and validate large datasets.
Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (training or guidance will be provided).
Support data quality initiatives by conducting testing, validation, and documentation.
Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues as needed.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of SQL and basic understanding of Python or another scripting language.
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.
Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling.
Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
