SAP ABAP HANA Developer Object Oriented ABAP & S/4HANA Integration - 67803

Pay Rate : $60-$67/hr

We have an urgent need for a SAP ABAP HANA Developer Object Oriented ABAP & S/4HANA Integration for a position based in Irving, TX, USA. This is a hybrid role where candidates working onsite will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise SAP implementations, integrations, and system enhancements within a modern SAP S/4HANA environment.

In this role, the SAP ABAP Developer will design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications using Object-Oriented ABAP while supporting implementation, upgrade, and production support initiatives within the SAP ecosystem. The position involves developing and maintaining ABAP objects and RICEFs including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, workflows, and forms while ensuring alignment with SAP best practices and architecture standards. The candidate will work on building integrations across SAP systems using ALE, EDI, IDOCs, BAPIs, and SAP Proxies while also supporting performance optimization and system analysis through tools such as SQL trace, runtime analysis, and code inspector utilities. Responsibilities will include collaboration with functional and technical teams to design scalable solutions, support S/4HANA implementations, and contribute to enhancements across the SAP landscape. The role will also involve working with modern SAP technologies including CDS Views, OData services, and the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model while supporting extension scenarios within SAP Business Technology Platform environments. Strong coordination with onsite functional teams and offshore technical teams will be required to ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP ABAP development within S/4HANA environments, with deep knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP, MVC architecture, ABAP objects, and RICEFs development including reports, interfaces, conversions, workflows, enhancements, and forms such as SmartForms and SAP Scripts. Experience building integrations using ALE, IDOC, BAPI, and SAP Proxy frameworks is essential, along with strong knowledge of ABAP dictionary tools and performance optimization techniques. Experience working with CDS Views, AMDP, OData services, and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) will be highly valuable. Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), clean core architecture concepts, and Fiori application development will also be considered beneficial
