Job Description:
The IT Deployment Lead will guide the Americas BU through the establishment of core IT capabilities, with responsibility for coordinating cross-functional technology activities, ensuring system readiness, and drivingprocess optimization. This role requires strong technical depth, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to operate effectively across global and local stakeholder groups. This includes working with core IT groups such as Cybersecurity, Data & Analytics, Enterprise Applications, Workplace Services, and Service Management and functional groups including Finance, HR, R&D, Marketing, CD/Sales and Supply Chain.
Key Responsibilities
IT Deployment lead for supporting the design and implementation of core enterprise platforms, including:
SAP (ERP and related modules)
Salesforce (CRM and commercial processes)
ServiceNow (ITSM, workflow automation, service catalog)
Partner with business functions to optimize end-to-end processes aligned with new systems.
Ensure technology solutions meet business requirements while balancing scalability, performance, and cost.
Act as the connective tissue across functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Commercial, and Operations.
Coordinate global stakeholders across multiple geographies to ensure seamless integration and execution.
Facilitate alignment between IT teams and business functions to ensure consistent priorities and roadmaps.
Partner with Cybersecurity to ensure platforms are compliant, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Work with Data & Analytics teams to establish data governance, integration patterns, and reporting readiness.
Collaborate with Workplace Services to ensure end-user technology supports the new operating environment.
Align with Service Management teams to embed ITIL-aligned processes, SLAs, and operational excellence.
Develop and manage program plans, timelines, and resource requirements for standing up new IT capabilities.
Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across systems and workstreams.
Collaborate with vendor partners, manage local implementations, and local IT engagement efforts.
Track progress and report status to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
10+ years of experience in IT strategy, enterprise applications, transformation programs, or similar roles.
Hands-on experience with at least two of the core platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow); familiarity with all three strongly preferred.
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and globally to drive complex programs.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity considerations, data integration, and modern workplace technologies.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to re-engineer or optimize processes leveraging modern technology.
Experience in post-merger integration or post-spinoff technology setup.
Background in IT operating model design or greenfield system implementations.
Understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and service management best practices.
Experience working with systems integrators and managing large-scale technology vendors.
