Position: Product Manager
Location: Buffalo, NY Onsite

Location: Remote is okay, but preference for someone who is within 1 hour of Buffalo /Orlando - Hybrid 3 days per week.
If they live in Pittsburgh - they would be remote, but also need to be open to travel.
They do not need someone super senior. Their resume and experience must clearly show Product Management in a professional setting for at least 3 yrs (NOT Product Owners). They DO NOT want someone with 20 years exp.
They want someone who is open to operate differently - knowledge of product management, but not coming in with old habits form lots of exp.
MUST HAVES:
B2B Experience
Experience and ability to clearly articulat working as a product manager with multiple INTERNAL products.
Ex of what they might be working on: Each dept has shiny toys and software apps to make their work easier. It doesn't integrate with their systems. The PM will get those apps, review them, decide if software devs can develop in house versus purchasing and easier to integrate with their proprietary software - understanding what is best for the company - plug and play or build it. They would then manage those internal products.
Other Examples of what they might be pulled into: They are automating the accts payable process, redoing company website which doesn't have a careers page - need a platform to post jobs and pull into their website.
Q's
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.- Required? This is more about level of professionalism and experience. They don't want someone with 20 yrs
They must come with at least 3 years product management on multiple internal products.
Is this more vision or execution heavy? EXECUTION - interact with end user - internal team.
