We’re seeking an ambitious and dynamic Voice Analytics Sales Specialist to expand our footprint across the US, UK, and India markets. This role blends strategic consultative selling, business development, and AI-powered solution evangelism — ideal for professionals who can drive both revenue and thought leadership in the rapidly growing Voice Analytics domain.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for Voice Analytics and CX transformation solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through consultative sales across industries such as Telecom, BFSI, Retail, and Healthcare.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for CallMiner, Nexidia, and other voice intelligence platforms.
2. Consultative Solution Selling
- Engage with client CX and operations leaders to understand call center pain points, analytics maturity, and transformation objectives.
- Recommend and position Saarthee’s Voice Analytics solutions — covering platform deployment, automation, AI-driven insights, and operational impact.
- Deliver impactful presentations and demonstrations that articulate ROI, efficiency gains, and customer experience improvements.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strategic client relationships to ensure ongoing engagement and account expansion.
- Act as a trusted advisor by translating business objectives into scalable, measurable AI and analytics solutions.
- Partner with client delivery and analytics teams to ensure smooth onboarding and measurable outcomes.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales, solution engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to align messaging, proposals, and client engagement.
- Lead the creation of client proposals, RFP responses, and ROI business cases.
5. Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership
- Stay ahead of industry trends in speech analytics, generative AI, and CX automation.
- Represent Saarthee at key industry events, forums, and client meetings as a subject matter expert in Voice Analytics transformation.
Qualifications & Skills
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales or business development, preferably in analytics, AI, or CX transformation solutions.
- Proven track record in selling or partnering with Voice Analytics platforms (e.g., CallMiner, Nexidia, Verint, NICE, Genesys, or similar).
- Strong understanding of contact center operations, CX metrics (CSAT, NPS, AHT, churn, sales effectiveness), and their linkage to business value.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, consultative B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives and influencing enterprise technology decisions.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, NLP, or analytics-led transformation is a plus.
- Experience across global markets (US, UK, and India) preferred.
