job summary:
We are seeking a driven Commercial Card Onboarding Specialist to guide commercial clients through the end-to-end setup, training, and launch of the VSCE expense management platform. In this role, you will lead client kickoff meetings, configure platform setups to custom program specifications, and provide dedicated implementation and post-launch billing support. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of card expense onboarding experience, direct hands-on familiarity with the VSCE platform, and a strong background in client-facing financial services

responsibilities:
o Train with the Client's team to learn the onboarding process for the various card products and technology platforms.
o Engage with Commercial customers through kickoff, and ongoing meetings, to review and define program setup requirements and trouble shoot issues/questions.
o Lead customers through walkthroughs of their individual program setups within the VSCE platform, and facilitate customer training
o Complete program setups and configuration of the VSCE platform
o Support customers as they launch their program within the VSCE platform and provide post-launch support through the customer's first or second billing cycle, ensuring program setup meets the client requirements.
qualifications:
o 2+ years of commercial card expense management onboarding experience
o 3+ years of client facing experience in financial services
o Prior experience with the VSCE platform
- Desired Qualifications
o Knowledge working with Commercial Card expense reporting platforms
o Understanding of Commercial/Corporate Card implementations
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel)
o Project Management experience
o Self-Motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, able to manage multiple priorities
