Job Description
JD for SDET Lead Healthcare: 10+ years QA experience with 7+ years in Automation
We are seeking an experienced Automation & Performance Test Lead with strong expertise in open-source automation using C# Selenium, performance testing using LoadRunner (TrueClient & HTTP/HTML protocols), and proven experience in implementing Agentic AI-driven QA use cases to improve testing efficiency within healthcare domain projects.
The candidate will lead automation strategy, performance engineering initiatives, and AI-enabled testing transformation across enterprise healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities
Automation Leadership.
Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks using C#, Selenium, and open-source tools.
Lead automation strategy across UI, API, and integration testing layers.
Establish reusable automation components and best practices.
Drive migration from legacy tools to open-source automation solutions.
Mentor QA engineers and enforce coding/testing standards.
Performance Testing & Engineering
Plan and execute performance testing using LoadRunner.
Design scripts using:
o TrueClient protocol (complex UI workflows)
o HTTP/HTML protocol (API & backend validation)
Perform workload modeling, capacity planning, and bottleneck analysis.
Analyze performance metrics and provide tuning recommendations.
Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams for environment readiness.
AI-Driven QA Initiatives
Design and implement Agentic AI use cases to improve QA productivity such as:
o Automated test case generation
o Intelligent defect prediction
o Self-healing automation scripts
o Test optimization using AI insights
o RBT
o Use story and task Generation
o Unified AI Automation Framework
Integrate LLM/AI capabilities into QA workflows.
Drive Agentic AI adoption for autonomous testing activities.
Healthcare Domain Delivery
Work on Healthcare applications involving:
o Enrollment & Encounters
o Claims & Payment Integrity
o EDI Transactions (270/271, 837)
o PEGA-based applications
o Digital Salesforce and Oracle corporate Apps
Ensure compliance with healthcare testing standards and data sensitivity.
Stakeholder & Delivery Management
Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business teams.
Provide effort estimation, automation ROI metrics, and reporting.
Manage testing timelines and delivery risks.
Support release readiness and production validation.
Required Skills & Experience
Automation
Strong hands-on experience in:
o C#
o Selenium WebDriver
o NUnit / SpecFlow / BDD frameworks
Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
Performance Testing
Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner
Experience with:
o TrueClient scripting
o HTTP/HTML scripting
o Controller & Load Generator configuration
Performance analysis and monitoring tools knowledge.
AI in Testing (Mandatory / Preferred)
Experience implementing Agentic AI solutions in QA such as:
o Test generation using LLMs
o Intelligent test maintenance
o AI-based analytics or automation optimization
Understanding of AI/LLM integration concepts.
Healthcare Domain (Highly Preferred)
Experience in Healthcare payer/provider systems.
Knowledge of EDI workflows and regulatory testing.
