Job Overview: The Senior Programmer Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between technical programming and system analysis, supporting corporate strategic planning. This role involves understanding business needs and translating them into technical solutions through software development and system management. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in programming, systems analysis, and database management, with a strong focus on .Net technologies.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain software solutions using .Net and .Net Core technologies.
- Analyze and manage database structures and systems, including Oracle and SQL Server.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Handle real-time messaging and interface-heavy systems, including integration with Tibco layers and web services.
- Utilize IIS and Tomcat as hosting environments for web servers.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting deadlines and handling pressures.
- Perform as a technical expert in the field, adapting to rapidly changing technologies.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 4+ years of experience in .Net programming.
- Knowledge of database structures and management systems, preferably in large, regulated industry environments.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in diverse teams.
- Demonstrated competency in logical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Self-starter with a concern for quality and flexibility.
Nice to Have Skills: - Ability to maintain composure in high-intensity situations.
- Experience with real-time messaging and integration-heavy systems.
- Knowledge of Tibco layers and web services.
