Description:
This key Business Analyst role will closely collaborate with business stakeholders based in the USA and engineering team offshore. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in liaising between product requirements and the engineering and testing teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Experience in HRIS domain.
- Workday knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Experience of agile software development methodologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in problem-solving within fast-paced and constantly changing environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Experience in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
What candidate will do:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications within the HRIS domain.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current processes and desired outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions within the Workday platform.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to engage stakeholders and gather feedback on proposed changes.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including process flows, user stories, etc.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure user satisfaction.
