Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to develop high-volume, mission-critical web applications.
The role requires strong hands-on coding experience, technical design skills, troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to mentor other developers while collaborating with engineering managers, product owners, and business teams.ResponsibilitiesFollow Agile/Scru SDLC methodologies across requirements, design, development, debugging, testing, and deployment. Develop and support enterprise applications using C#, , SQL Server, and JavaScript frameworks. Leverage AI tools/AI agents to improve development workflows and productivity. Participate in technical design, architecture, and implementation. Identify and proactively address quality, performance, and architectural issues. Develop scalable, multi-tier applications for high-volume systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor other developers. Provide production support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.Qualifications amp; Requirements5+years of software development experience with C#, Java, Python, or similar languages.5+years of SQL Server development; Entity Framework preferred.3+ years of web application development; MVC experience preferred. Experience with Web API. Experience with React and/or Angular. Experience developing multi-tier, high-volume applications. Experience with AI agents and workflow automation. Knowledge of load balancing technologies. Strong communication, troubleshooting, and technical support skills. Ability to work independently and effectively within a team.
