Data Analyst

Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado (Partial Remote)
Employment Type: Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst to join a team focused on real-time data and AI. This role is instrumental in projects designed to improve customer and employee experiences through real-time transcription and data analysis. You will support data scientists by performing model validation, managing data pipelines, and creating insightful dashboards to inform business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform model validation as a primary function to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Manage data ingestion processes, bringing external data into the company's environment.
  • Build, publish, and share data dashboards based on business requirements.
  • Conduct quality assurance by validating data and analyzing call transcripts to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Document reporting requirements and processes.
  • Extract and analyze data from various sources including databases and external websites.
Required Qualifications

Experience: 0-2 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related field. entry level candidates with a strong interest in this area of work are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with SQL and Python.
  • Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools or statistical software.


Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and present findings to executive-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with real-time data models.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment.
Compensation and Benefits

For this position, the pay rate is $25.00/hour - $35.00/hour.
