Summary

· . Assist in documenting current-state and future-state business processes to support MAS adoption and transformation efforts. · Support mapping of Maximo 7.6.1.3 business processes and configurations to MAS capabilities and contribute improvement recommendations. · Assist with configuration and validation activities for functional modules, including Asset Management, Work Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Contracts, and applicable industry solutions. · Participate in reviewing and optimizing workflows, approvals, business rules, and role-based processes to align with MAS functionality. · Support definition of business requirements for data migration and assist with data validation and reconciliation activities. · Collaborate with technical teams to help ensure integrations and customizations align with defined business requirements. · Contribute to the development of functional specifications, configuration documentation, and process design deliverables. · Support analysis and resolution of functional defects, configuration issues, and business process gaps identified during testing. · Participate in change management activities, user readiness assessments, and business adoption planning efforts.
