Program Manager – Retirement solution

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of retirement products and platforms for external clients, from discovery and solutioning through deployment and stabilization.

• Own program governance, including the implementation roadmap, dependencies, risks, milestones, and regular executive stakeholder communication.

• Partner with product, technology, operations, and client teams to turn business requirements into executable implementation plans.

• Drive solution adoption, process transformation, data migration, and operational readiness for client go-lives.

• Manage client expectations, scope, and delivery commitments with a strong professional services mindset.

• Lead cross-functional, geographically distributed implementation teams, fostering accountability and delivery excellence.

Must-Have Skills

1. Retirement domain expertise: Deep knowledge of retirement services, including plan administration and related operational processes.

2. Enterprise product/platform implementation leadership: 12-15+ years leading large-scale, client-facing implementations and transformation programs in financial services or professional services.

3. Program governance and executive stakeholder management: Proven ability to manage scope, risk, and delivery commitments while communicating effectively with senior leaders and clients.

Preferred: Experience implementing retirement technology platforms within a FinTech, product company, retirement recordkeeper, or financial services technology provider.
