Genesis10 is currently seeking a Salesforce Developer with our mortgage loan corporation client in their McLean, VA location. This is a 10+ month onsite contract position with the possibility for an extension.
Responsibilities: - Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support internal Salesforce applications.
- Enhance Experience cloud to support external customers.
- Update the DevOps process using in-grown tools and process and assist in identifying efficiencies.
- Update and maintain the test automations suite built using Cucumber/Selenium.
- Deliver projects in Agile methodologies.
- Support planning activities, such as impact assessments, level of effort analysis and developer task assignments.
- Integrate microservices with the salesforce platform using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), platform events and other integration mechanisms like mulesoft.
- Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices are being followed.
- Support production issues when required.
Requirements: - 5+ years experience in Information Technology.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support on Salesforce, backend development and API Integration.
- Solid understanding of salesforce development concepts, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components(Aura/LWC) and salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding and working knowledge of test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium, etc).
- Prove experience designing, developing and deploying microservices using technologies such as Java, Spring boot etc. or preferably mulesoft.
- Experience with message queues and event streaming platforms.
- Familiarity with API design principles and best practices.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins and GitLab).
- Required Salesforce Developer Certifications.
- Leveraging client enabled AI tools to enhance delivery and velocity.
- Demonstrates ability to analytically address complex problems, process critical data, establish facts, and draw quality conclusions.
Preferred Qualifications: - 3+years' experience developing in mulesoft.
- Experience in Python scripting to enhance scripts leveraged to maintain the platform.
Pay rate range: $80.00 - $93.00 hourly.
