Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a talented Senior Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will provide Management and Technical support to the M&S Integration and Engineering Director under the Missile Defense Agency's (MDA) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Systems Integration and Engineering Directorate within the M&S Directorate.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Prepare/Author/Review ad hoc briefings for M&S System Integration Director, Deputy and Team Leads (M&S HWIL and cloud Integration, M&S Infrastructure)
  • Collect and provide persistent records of M&S Integration Team's work delivered and use data to populate reporting products such as Annual Historical Summary, Monthly Summaries, performance reports and dashboards, etc.
  • Assist with Internal-Tasker assignment, collection, management and reporting
  • Utilize Value Stream Management processes to provide performance management reporting to M&S leadership
  • Engage and contribute to planning the M&S contributions to Next Generation Missile Defense and applicability to Golden Dome for America
  • Support RMIC Mission Risk-Control Assessment - author/review/final review of annual product
  • Staff/prepare/support performance recognition submission - author/final review
  • Plan/coordinate/execute M&S efforts for Missile Defense System (MDS) Integration activities for HWIL and/or cloud testing of new M&S and/or element tactical software
  • Represent M&S Team in engineering meetings, TIMs and working groups. Provide meeting notes and actionable plans

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • MS/MA and 12+ years of relevant experience OR BS/BA with 20+ years of relevant experience
  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Proficient in all Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications
  • U.S. Citizenship is required
  • Ability to communicate with cross functional teams and executive leadership

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Active DoD Top-Secret clearance
  • Experience with MDA is preferred. Experience with DoD or similar will be considered.
  • Knowledge of JIRA tool suite preferred
  • Knowledge of Power BI and/or other digital dashboard applications are preferred

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $108,700.00 - $190,200.00
