Oracle ERP Data Conversion Specialist || 100% Remote (W2 Role)

Job Description:

(Financials-Focused)

Primary Focus Oracle Financials conversion with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable and data validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Financials conversion activities.
• Focus on AR data and conversion accuracy.
• Validate data once loaded into Oracle (not responsible for extraction).
• Partner closely with the business to validate reports post-load.
• Support conversion sequencing and readiness.
• PPM data may also be included.
• ERP data may later be leveraged for HCM.

Current State

• Limited conversion work completed to date.
• Conversion specialist role is a major area of focus.

Preferred Profile

• Strong Oracle Financials background.
• Hands-on experience with conversion validation.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
• Preferred to be in-house.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/Technology, or a related field, preferred.
• 5+ years utilizing the various Oracle conversion/import methods including FDBI, HDL, ADFDI, Oracle Visual Builder Addin for Excel, and Import Objects.
• 5+ years working with Oracle Cloud ERP
• Strong proven hands-on experience in the following conversion objects; Customers, AR Invoices, AP Invoices, Project Tasks, Contract Lines, Project Contract Billing, Suppliers, Banks. Job Description
• Functional knowledge of the modules which data is being converted into, including but not limited to core Financials, AP, AR, PPM, and HCM (core HR OTL, Payroll, Absences).
• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM.
• Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables.
• Relevant Oracle certifications (if available) are a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with the staffing industry, preferably within the Healthcare sector, is highly desirable.
• Strong hands-on experience in creating PLSQL query, packages, and Stored Procedure to develop conversion scripts to load flat files in the specific format into HDL and FBDI
