Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sourcing & Procurement Engineer to support procurement activities for a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing mechanical, electrical, electronic, and structural components while managing supplier relationships, procurement processes, and cost optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for manufacturing components and materials.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) using ERP systems.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to meet production schedules and new product development timelines.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment.
Experience sourcing mechanical, electrical, electronic, and fabricated components.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes such as:
Fabrication
Machining
Casting
Electronics Manufacturing
Experience with supplier selection, supplier development, and vendor management.
Strong negotiation and commercial purchasing experience.
Experience managing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management principles.
