Project Manager

The project manager will manage all aspects of the project, including resources, architecture, development, operations, and maintenance. They will help remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement. This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the Scrum Master and Solution Architect on program-wide topics and processes that impact project delivery. This includes tracking parallel work streams, documenting interdependencies, managing risks and issues, and assisting with prioritization based upon priorities and available resources. Lastly, this individual will be responsible for communicating with and reporting progress to client leadership, ensuring that client goals for the application are addressed.

The projected compensation range for this position is $145K to $175K (annualized USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.

• At least 10 years of experience working in IT using agile methodologies.
• At least 8 years of experience leading / managing IT systems development projects, including for federal government customers.
• PMP or similar certification.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Experience managing projects of at least 10 FTE resources.
• Experience managing projects that include requirements and analysis, development, operations, and maintenance.
• Experience leading Agile development efforts, including working in a Scrum Master role.
• Experience defining and reporting on metrics to track Agile team progress.
• Ability and proven experience communicating with senior management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience working under tight timelines to deliver a complex IT solution.

• Experience delivering IT projects for Federal Agencies, such as DHS.
• Certified Scrum Master, or similar industry Agile certifications.
• Experience working with Microsoft Cloud technologies, including the Power Platform and/or Dynamics 365.
