Job Title: Informatica MDM / IDMC Developer

Experience: 5 8 Years

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM / IDMC Developer with 5 8 years of hands-on experience in building and managing Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) and MDM SaaS, with a solid understanding of data integration, governance, and data quality frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 8 years of experience in Informatica MDM
• Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC)
• Strong exposure to MDM SaaS implementations
• Experience with data integration, ETL, and data quality tools
• Good understanding of data governance frameworks and best practices
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
• Experience with REST APIs / Web Services integration
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement MDM solutions using Informatica MDM SaaS (IDMC)
• Configure and manage Informatica IDMC services including data integration, data quality, and data governance
• Develop and maintain data models, hierarchies, match/merge rules, and workflows
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, standardization, and enrichment
• Integrate MDM solutions with upstream/downstream systems using APIs and ETL processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance of MDM applications
• Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer, product, or supplier MDM domains
• Informatica certifications (IDMC / MDM) preferred
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently in an offshore delivery model
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
