Duration: 6-12 months Contract (Possible extension)

Job Description ::

·        Strong understanding of large load onboarding processes within the ERCOT market

·        Awareness of end-to-end lifecycle from customer request through interconnection and energization

·        Familiarity with feasibility analysis, load forecasting, and capacity assessment workflows

·        Knowledge of ERCOT interconnection procedures, including screening and full interconnection studies

·        Understanding of interconnection queue management, timelines, and milestone tracking

·        Awareness of coordination requirements with Transmission Service Providers

·        Knowledge of transmission and substation capacity constraints and planning considerations

·        Understanding of grid limitations, congestion risks, and mitigation approaches

·        Familiarity with aligning customer load requirements with utility infrastructure capabilities

·        Awareness of cross-functional coordination across engineering, regulatory, and construction teams

·        Understanding of commercial aspects such as Construction aid, tariffs, and service agreements

·        Knowledge of compliance requirements related to ERCOT protocols and regulatory standards

·        Familiarity with process tracking, risk identification, and escalation mechanisms
