Summary

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced QA Test Manager to lead testing strategy, execution, and quality assurance initiatives across projects. This role will oversee QA teams, ensure high-quality deliverables, and drive both manual and automated testing efforts within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage QA teams across multiple projects
Define and implement overall test strategy, plans, and frameworks
Oversee manual and automation testing efforts
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the SDLC
Collaborate with development, product, and business teams
Manage test environments, data, and defect tracking processes
Drive test automation adoption and CI/CD integration
Monitor testing progress, metrics, and reporting to stakeholders
Identify risks, gaps, and areas for process improvement

Required Skills:

Strong experience in QA leadership / test management roles
Hands-on knowledge of manual and automation testing frameworks
Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
Strong experience in test planning, execution, and defect management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
