Job Overview:

Pay Range: $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5+ years of software development experience in one or more programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Go, or Java.
• Strong experience with machine learning systems, including model deployment, model serving, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Experience building and maintaining data processing pipelines.
• Experience with model fine-tuning workflows.
• Strong understanding of production support challenges in large-scale environments.
• Ability to develop AI-driven solutions that can diagnose, reason, and take action in runtime production environments.

Experience:

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ML systems and GenAI solution implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement GenAI agentic solutions for large-scale production environments.
• Develop AI-driven systems that diagnose production runtime issues.
• Build solutions that reason through operational challenges and take actions to resolve them.
• Improve productivity and reduce risk and cost associated with production support.
• Support model deployment, serving, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines and model fine-tuning workflows.
• Contribute to the development of scalable AI systems for complex production use cases.

Should Have:

• Proficiency building and operating on cloud infrastructure, ideally AWS.
• Experience with containerized services such as ECS and EKS.
• Experience with serverless services such as AWS Lambda.
• Experience with AWS data services including S3, DynamoDB, and Redshift.
• Experience with orchestration tools such as AWS Step Functions.
• Experience with model serving platforms such as SageMaker.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
