Position Title: Software Engineer Sr
Position Location: Pittsburg, PA, open to Strongsville
Ability to work remote: 5 days onsite
Acceptable time zone(s): EST
Days of the week: M-F, might have deployments a couple of times a month after hours
Working Hours: 8a-5p
Travel: no, if not local to Pittsburg, once a quarter.
Start Date: 4/20/2026
Intended length of Assignment: through 7/30/2026
Potential for Contract Extension: Yes
**This position is contract with the right to hire if a need becomes available. Managers will only look at candidates that are open to converting to a full time employee.
Function of the Group: Retail, Open Banking, API Platform to permission data outside of bank,
Initiatives/Projects: Open Banking
Industry background: Banking and Finance: preferred, and API development
Team Dynamic: Team of 10-12 people, expectation of working with different teams (3-4) as well.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Senior Developer drive the technical work, collaborate with team members, and develop into leadership role for solutions management. Looking for a self-starter.
Must Have Technical Skills:
- Java (3-5 yrs)
- SpringBoot (3-5yrs)

- What challenges did you face? How did you drive it to the end goal?
- What parts of SDLC software development lifecycle have you been involved in?
- What are some ways that you have dealt with unclear/vague requirements? What role did you have on your previous team? What was the team dynamic?
