Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute North America sales and business development strategies to accelerate revenue growth.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic customers in:
- Data Center Infrastructure
- Optical Communications
- Cloud Computing
- AI Computing & Networking
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hyperscalers, optical networking providers, semiconductor companies, and infrastructure technology leaders.
- Act as the primary customer interface for major accounts, influencing technology roadmaps and driving design-win opportunities.
- Leverage existing industry relationships and personal network to expand market penetration and accelerate customer acquisition.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, product management, operations, and manufacturing teams in Asia to ensure successful customer support and project execution.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, emerging technologies, and customer requirements to shape commercial strategy.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, customer meetings, and strategic partnership discussions across North America.
- Provide regular market intelligence and customer insights to executive leadership.

The Successful Applicant
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- Significant commercial experience within one or more of the following sectors:
- Optical Communications
- Data Center Infrastructure
- AI Computing Ecosystem
- Cloud Computing
- Semiconductors
- Photonics Technologies
- Proven track record in business development, strategic account management, sales leadership, or commercial marketing.
Required CompetenciesStrong Industry Network
- Well-established professional network within the North American technology ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience engaging decision-makers within large enterprise, cloud, networking, semiconductor, or infrastructure technology companies.
- Ability to leverage existing industry relationships to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
Customer & Market Expertise
- Deep understanding of customer landscapes across data center, optical networking, cloud infrastructure, AI computing, or related technology markets.
- Experience working with multinational customers and managing complex cross-border commercial relationships.
- Familiarity with product commercialization and go-to-market strategies in technology-driven industries.
Communication SkillsFluent English and Mandarin Chinese are essential.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Communicate effectively with customers and partners in North America.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across China and other Asia-based locations.
- Deliver business presentations, negotiations, and strategic discussions in both English and Mandarin.

Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience gained in global technology companies operating in areas such as cloud computing, AI infrastructure, semiconductors, optical communications, networking equipment, or data center technologies will be viewed favorably.
Experience managing relationships with major global technology accounts or hyperscale customers would be advantageous.
