Job Type:12 months plus contract

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SCM Architect with deep expertise in Oracle ERP SCM (Inventory, Order Management, Procurement) to lead solution design, optimize processes, and mentor teams. This role requires strong technical and functional knowledge, excellent communication, and hands-on delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SCM projects from design to delivery.

  • Drive architecture discussions and provide thought leadership.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors.

  • Mentor and guide junior resources.

  • Identify and implement process improvements in Inventory, Order Management, and Procurement.

  • Propose AI-driven enhancements to SCM workflows.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 15+ years in Oracle ERP SCM domain, with 5+ years in lead/architect roles.

  • Expertise in Inventory Management, Order Management, Procurement.

  • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP SCM modules, preferably Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and integration patterns.

  • Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize SCM workflows.

  • Telecom or large enterprise experience is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI and modern tech stacks for SCM optimization.
