Introduction:
This position is for a Business Analyst with expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding business objectives, identifying problems, and providing solutions to automate processes or improve existing computer systems. They will work with a remote team to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and support project tasks related to PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business objectives and identify problems
- Analyze user requirements and procedures
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis of alternative solutions
- Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map data to legacy systems
- Support training efforts and other project tasks as needed
- Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing with third-party interfaces
- Communicate effectively with a large remote team
- Document user needs, program functions, and development steps
