Parsons is seeking a motivated Junior Field Engineer to join our Water/Wastewater team in Los Gatos, CA. This role offers significant hands-on experience in the field while also supporting essential project documentation and coordination tasks. You will work closely with the Construction Team and Chief Inspector to ensure quality, safety, and compliance throughout the project.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Support quality control by documenting non-conformances and ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other field inspectors and managers.
  • Assist with tracking and updating logs for RFIs, NCRs, and other construction documentation.
  • Be able to perform administrative duties under the direction of project management.
  • Contribute to monthly progress reports, RFI reviews, As-built drawing reviews, equipment list coordination, QC documents, and meeting minutes under guidance from the Chief Inspector.

Required Skills:
  • At least three years of experience in CM, office engineering, field engineering, and/or design of utility infrastructure construction projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and willingness to work primarily in the field.
  • At least three years of recent experience using CM software systems
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Bluebeam, and P6, with familiarity with construction documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
