Job Details

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on multifamily or residential construction projects
Experience managing ground-up construction projects from start to finish
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and site logistics
Proven ability to manage subcontractors and enforce project timelines
Experience coordinating inspections and ensuring code compliance
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Experience maintaining site safety standards and enforcing OSHA compliance
Strong communication skills with owners, project managers, and field teams
Experience managing project schedules and driving milestone completion
Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore or similar)
Ability to lead field teams and maintain accountability across trades
High attention to detail and quality control throughout all phases of construction
