Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect / Senior Engineer with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-scale customer data platform implementations, real-time personalization initiatives, and omnichannel customer experience programs using Adobe Experience Platform.

The candidate should possess deep technical knowledge of AEP architecture, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Data Collection, Web SDK, identity management, and large-scale integrations.

• Lead end-to-end Adobe Experience Platform implementations
• Architect scalable customer data and personalization solutions
• Design enterprise-grade:
  • XDM schemas
  • Data ingestion frameworks
  • Identity stitching strategies
  • Real-Time Customer Profiles
• Implement and optimize:
  • Adobe RT-CDP
  • Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
  • Adobe Data Collection / Launch
  • Adobe Web SDK
  • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
• Define data governance, consent, and privacy strategies
• Lead integrations with:
  • CRM platforms
  • Marketing automation tools
  • Analytics systems
  • Data lakes / warehouses
• Design omnichannel customer journey orchestration workflows
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and marketing teams
• Troubleshoot complex platform and integration issues
• Drive best practices for scalability, performance, and security
