SCOPE

Maximo Lead Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing Maximo applications for USPS enterprise systems.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Minimum of 5+ years of experience as Technical Functional resource of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management Software is required.
IBM Maximo 7.x application configuration and support (e.g., Maximo Integration Framework, Java, and BIRT report writing)
IBM Maximo 7.x installation and upgrade experience Maximo Migration Manager, Workflow Designer, Application Designer and Database Configuration applications that are used to configure Maximo
Java and Python programming - Oracle PL/SQL development experience
Certified Maximo Deployment Professional

PREFERRED SKILLS

Familiarity with USPS
Certified in one Cloud Service Provider

TASKS

Design, code, and implement Maximo applications, enhancements, and configurations across functional and technical areas.
Develop algorithms and design/optimize relational databases to support performance and scalability
Create software development plans, technical strategies, and coding standards to guide project execution.
Work closely with stakeholders and team members, contributing to solution design and sharing technical expertise.
Conduct research on specialized areas, devise solutions to potential issues, and evaluate alternatives.
