Altudo is seeking a SitecoreAI Practice Lead to help in owning the strategy, growth, innovation, and market differentiation of our Sitecore business. This leader will work with sr. leaders to define how Altudo helps clients modernize their digital experience platforms, activate Sitecore’s advanced marketing capabilities, and embed AI and agentic workflows throughout marketing and customer experience operations.

This is not simply a CMS technology leadership role. You will help shape a modern SitecoreAI practice spanning composable architecture, content operations, customer data, personalization, experimentation, intelligent search, digital asset management, marketing automation, and AI-enabled experience orchestration.

You will work across Sales, Marketing, Strategy, Data & AI, Experience Design, and Delivery to create differentiated offerings, win strategic enterprise opportunities, accelerate customer value realization, and grow Altudo’s position as a Sitecore Diamond Partner.

What will you do:

• Work with other leaders to execute the strategy, growth plan, and capability roadmap for the Sitecore practice.
• Own Altudo’s solution strategy across SitecoreAI, including content, DAM, CDP, personalization, search, experimentation, and content operations.
• Develop AI-enabled and agentic solutions that improve marketing operations, content velocity, personalization, and customer engagement.
• Drive proposals, solution shaping, executive client pitches, and joint go-to-market initiatives with Sitecore.
• Define modern SitecoreAI architectures across Next.js, cloud and edge delivery, data platforms, commerce, CRM, analytics, and the broader MarTech ecosystem.
• Build differentiated offerings, accelerators, agents, applications, reusable IP, reference architectures, and demo assets.
• Help clients activate Sitecore’s advanced marketing capabilities and establish the data, governance, measurement, and operating models required to realize value.
• Lead and develop Architects and Practice Leads while expanding competencies across SitecoreAI, composable DXP, data, personalization, search, and AI.
• Improve delivery quality, implementation efficiency, scalability, and profitability across the practice.
• Represent Altudo as a SitecoreAI thought leader through client advisory, industry events, partner initiatives, and market-facing content.

Who you are:

• 12+ years of demonstrated experience in the area of technology and delivery.
• Multiple years of experience and deep knowledge of Sitecore CMS.
• Experience in modern composable solution architecture and integrations with other marketing technologies.
• Strong experience in supporting business development.
• Proven ability to define practice strategy, build competencies, and develop offerings, IP, and go-to-market propositions.
• Ability to thrive in a fluid and entrepreneurial environment, and to communicate clearly with both marketers and technologists at the client side
