Project Engineer - CSA | Childress, TX

We are seeking a Project Engineer (CSA) to support a large-scale construction project in Childress, TX. This onsite role is ideal for candidates with experience in construction engineering, QA/QC, and coordination across structural, civil, architectural (CSA), and MEP systems.

Key Responsibilities


  • Support daily construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule alignment

  • Review and manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation

  • Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve field issues

  • Perform quality control inspections, site walks, and reporting

  • Assist with scheduling, quantity tracking, and construction planning

  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and QA/QC processes

  • Collaborate with VDC/BIM teams to support model coordination


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of field engineering or QA/QC experience in construction

  • Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP coordination

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

  • Experience with project management tools and construction documentation

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills


Compensation $90,000-$130,000 DOE + incentives, $150/day per diem (7 days/week)


Hours: 7 days per week / 50 hour work week
