Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer to support a high-profile Department of Justice (DOJ) program in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC, application development, configuration, and architecture, along with an Active Top Secret Security Clearance.

This role requires working onsite at the client location five days per week and collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement applications using the Pega Platform (PRPC).
  • Configure and customize Pega applications based on business requirements.
  • Develop scalable workflows, case management solutions, and business process automation.
  • Integrate Pega applications with enterprise systems and external platforms.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, design reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance activities.
  • Follow secure coding practices and development standards.
  • Collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and development teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance (Mandatory).
  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega PRPC Development.
  • Experience in:
    • Pega Application Development
    • Pega Configuration
    • Pega Architecture
    • Business Process Automation
    • Workflow Development
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC, five days per week.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Pega Certifications:
    • Certified System Architect (CSA)
    • Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
    • Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA)
  • Experience with Enterprise Application Integration.
  • Agile/Scrum development experience.
  • Government or Federal project experience.
