Mixing/Blending Technician to join our production team. In this critical role, you\'ll be part of a small team responsible for accurately measuring, blending, and preparing ingredients according to established formulas while ensuring food safety, quality, and production standards are met.

Outstanding Safety and Quality CultureWhat You\'ll Do- Prepare and mix ingredients according to product formulas and production schedules.
- Accurately weigh and measure raw materials to ensure batch consistency.
- Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor mixing processes and make adjustments as needed to meet quality specifications.
- Complete required production documentation and batch records.
- Conduct equipment inspections, basic troubleshooting, and cleaning procedures.
- Adhere to GMP, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements.
What We\'re Looking For- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing, food production, mixing, batching, or machine operation experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
- Ability to follow detailed formulas, recipes, and written instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Dependable attendance and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
